Greeting once again InterWebs!!!! I would like to present for your viewing pleasure my finished
Ortega Gunslingers from
Malifaux. I really enjoyed painting these miniatures. I do not play the game (local group has not tried it either) but I was drawn to the miniatures anyway. If you look at the company's website at how they painted the
Gunslingers-Perdita Box Set you will see that I did not exactly follow their painting example. I do think my turned out rather well though.
Here are some closer shots of the various family members.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look! I hope you have enjoyed your visit to my little corner of the InterWebs! Take care.
Those really turned out looking fantastic, man! Love the way perdita turned out, and the crazy eyes on the maniac are perfect. Awesome work!
ReplyDeleteThanks! They were a joy to paint in the end. I think they will be useful in some future RPG game (maybe Shadowrun?). Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!
DeleteGreat job on the orange! All of them look cool, I think Perdita is amazing (my hair used to be down to my waist). I like the white background; I liked viewing these without the distraction of "stuff" in the background. Although you've done it both ways in the past... maybe it depends on the figures.
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting!

Thanks! The 'white background' is the lightbox I use to photograph the finished miniatures. The other pictures (with the painting desk in the background) are Paint in Process (PiP) shots were I just shot the picture on the painting desk. Hope that helps explain the difference in the various kinds of pictures you have seen. Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!
